Caleta (Boneyard) Surf Spot

It is one of the spots found on the North Shore of Fuerteventura. The dirt road that connects Corralejo to El Cotillo, passing through Majanicho.

Caleta has mainly two main peaks from which two different waves are born. A right that leads to the reef, and a simpler left but that can be really long if you take it from the peak and go inside the channel.

This great channel makes it suitable even for beginners, because it makes the spot work very mechanically and clearly.

It is therefore suitable at all levels, that's why on good days it can be very crowded.

Like all the spots that are part of the north shore of Fuerteventura, Caleta is a magnificent reefbreak which is at its best in the winter season, when the wind is lower and the swell comes from the northwest, north or northeast.

When the swell is strong, waves of up to 3 meters can enter.

Lend beware of currents and to the output channels, which on certain days can be stronger than expected.
